The main objective was to disseminate and promote youth mobility activities offered by the European Union to young people, while creating stronger alliances with our colleagues from other organizations.
We were in different schools and community center of these towns where we present to the students the possibilities that young people can enjoy in Europe (Youth Exchanges, ESC, Trainings courses ), we talk about our experience, how participate in Erasmus + mobility has changed our lives and we solve all doubts that came to the audience. The participation and motivation of the young students was total, showing interest at all times and requesting more information.
After this, we had a small exchange among all the organizers of the event, through informal activities. This allowed us to share experiences, discuss about Erasmus +, build and strengthen relationships which are sure to be beneficial for participating organizations and will allow us to grow together.
Thanks to all those attending the event and our colleagues from B-LINK and @GREY for having invited us. A beneficial experience in every way, we hope to repeat soon!

GET IN – INCLUSION OF YOUNGSTERS IN COMMUNITY LIFE MOLDOVA; CHISHINAU

The last day at Fides, the best day so far and the worst one… The best because at the first session we had a special guest, it was  the President of the Council of Youth from Moldova. He was talking about youth problems in Moldova, we learnt and understand better the topics that our menthor Aldo was presenting and telling us about this days.

The President, Valeriu Dragolin, is a great person who is working hard for our country to get better , to change the horiffing numbers about the decrease of the population from now on to 2100. He told us about the NEET, about the Youth Index and many other things that are very important for our future and present work. The main statrment that the session was made on was “The youth is not only the future, but the present too” so he was trying to tell us that we don’t need to waste any tine, to wait for somebody to do something, but we need to be the oje doing the change , you need to be the changer of everything. After he finished we went to the coffee break. The most of us were drink tea or coffee for relaxation but Valeriu, Aldo and Olga were arguing on the situation in Moldova, the youth situation in Moldova. After the coffee break the work restarted. We said goodbye to Valeriu and continued on working. First we began with some games for relaxation and waking up after a really boring session. Everybody stud in a circle, and they needed to repeat what person who was standing in the place of the boss was doing. So we had fun for like 15 minutes and after that the real working process started. Aldo told us that we need to make a summary about our 3 days work on the projects about the city center. He us like an hour to think and present him our results. So the time finished and everybody got together and were waiting for the time to come, to present our work. The 1st team presented a youth center named StarPoint  a place for support for the youth, the first thing that they were planing to do is English classes for 6 months and there are 2 curses. The 2nd group presented a youth center named SMART who is based on music and art and social relationships. The 3rd group presented a youth center named MoldSport that is based on sport. The 4th team presented a youth center named Fitability which is a group for people with disadvantages.  After this we went to lunch. After the lunch we played a game with 7 islands on witch we can find 3 adventures. We needed to complete the adventures to get a stamp on our youth passport that is a passport that shows us our results after our training. We continued plaing till the last team completed all of the adventures. In the evening everybody got their youth passes from our mentors and after we had like an emotional moment about our trip, about our time spent together. After this we partied till the next morning.

GETY IN – INCLUSION OF YOUNGSTERS IN COMMUNITY LIFE ITALY; BARLETTA

The last working day
The day started with the breakfast in our venue. After it we gathered together to take the bus from Barletta industrial zone to the center of the city. Once we’ve reached it, EUROSUD Team prepared meetings with local community centre representatives.
First, we visited Europe Direct Barletta. We’ve met Analisa and Fiorenza who explained the main functions and motives of the work and activities held there. They help young Italians to find job placements, to deliver information about the European Commission’s opportunities for youth regarding to the education, mobility and job market in Europe. Our group of participants was also encouraged to take part in the campaign This Time I Vote which regards to the upcoming European elections (May 26th, 2019). We received the basic information and some promotional gadgets.
Then we visited Pinacoteca and Palazzo Mara with paintings of famous di Nittis. We spent one hour learning about his arts and life in Barletta. After it – free time. We spent it for discovering architecture, historical points, we visited Castello and Museo Civico. Also, some local people told us the story about Disfida di Barletta which was good to hear to understand the civic and the European history better.
Afternoon we came back to Santuario for lunch and next educational sessions which were: Erasmus+ presentation held by Coraline and some examples from each partner countries. We could hear stories about youth mobilities. I realized they can truly boost the employability. The interesting point was about Key Actions of Erasmus+ Programme and practical info about volunteering.
Then the next session explained how the European funding can support Community Centres development and I discovered that in Poland there is Morawa mansion – as a good example of culture economy development by protecting heritage in nature park.
Then we got into Visualization Methodology, which was new tool for me. All participants were asked to work in national teams in order to create our own community centres according to methodology mentioned above. This group work lasted 1,5 hour and the results we presented in front of all participants. Explaining the functionality, the architectural issues, the management process and the activities which could be implemented there in the future. I really liked the Montessori method to boost up creativity.
After dinner in the evening we gathered together to have an evaluation session. We could express our feelings, give the feedback to the organizational team, thank for contribution and set some highlights for upcoming steps of the project.

SHORT REPORT FROM THE JOB SHADOWING EXPERIENCE OF HRANT SAHAKYAN IN THE FRAMEWORK OF  #GETIN  #GETINPROJECT

Here goes a short report from the Job Shadowing experience of Hrant Sahakyan in the framework of the long term project #GetIn #GetInProject.

It seems kind of very mythical concept” Job shadowing” especially there are people who are phobic about shadows ) In reality it was very nice experience for me being a job shadower with EUROSUD during one of their Erasmus + mobility projects . We had participants from 8 European countries, Croatia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Portugal and Poland. All of them were great youngsters with good background. Olga, Moldovan job shadower and my friend, and me started our amazing experience just after the day of our arrival.
We had a really cozy office to work on project documents. I was mentored by Adriano, great friend from EUROSUD, and my main tasks were to collect travel documents, manage signature list and generate Youthpasses for our participants. Out of office I was also responsible for coffee breaks.
On the second day of our project we had intercultural evening and I was helping Adriano in management.
During ten days in Barletta I really find out that I’m quiet well in paper work and actually I was enjoying doing it. All our participants were coming to my office, sharing good mood and talking about activities in the same time passing their travel documents, tickets and other stuff in order to get reimbursement. My commitment and contribution was kind of minor to the project comparing with others, especially project developers but the contribution of project into me was do huge.
While I was working for ArmActive, most of the cases I was doing technical part of the projects. After this huge experience in Italy I feel like I can provide full technical and document support to any project that my organization will trust me.
After the project I had opportunity to learn more about Spazio 13 and their projects as it is classic example of community center in Bari.
Some of my personal adventures were about finding Armenian traces in Puglia and I found out that there is Armenian community there, also had meetings with the head of Armenian community and enjoyed talk with Carlo, Italian-Armenian guy who was studying about Hrand Nazaryants, Armenian – Italian poet based in Bari.
I want to direct my special thanks to Adriano, Olga, Valentine, Darina and Cora.

“Get In!` Project is a partnership between AVI-Moldova (Moldova) Arm Active (Armenia), Euro FRC (Poland) and EuroSud (Italy), funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, that aims to include vulnerable groups of youngsters from each of the mentioned countries in community life the sustainable outcome of this project will be the creation of two community centers in Moldova and Armenia.”
